Processing & Shipping Policy

All TaylorTechShop items are made to order. Each order goes through three stages: Processing, Production, and Shipping. Email updates will be sent as your order moves through each stage.

Please note that during holidays, promotions, and high volume sales such as Black Friday, processing and production times may take slightly longer.


Order Timeline

iPhone Cases, Custom Cases, Keychains, Phone Grips

Processing: 1–3 business days
During Black Friday this may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Production: 3–5 business days
During Black Friday production may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Shipping: 1–5 business days depending on the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent once your order ships.


Custom Mirror Cases, Ring Light Cases, Android Cases, AirPods Cases

Processing: 3–5 business days
Production: 5–21 business days
Shipping: 1–5 business days depending on the shipping carrier.

Orders may sometimes ship sooner depending on product availability.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may take 4–6 weeks depending on order size and production capacity.


Ready to Ship Items

Some items may ship faster if they are already available in our on hand inventory. These items usually ship within 3–5 business days.


Lost or Stolen Packages

TaylorTechShop LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

We carefully package all orders to help protect items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, the damage most likely occurred during transit.

Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier if eligible shipping with insurance was selected.

For customers who purchased a Protection Plan, damaged custom tempered glass phone cases may be covered under that plan.


Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the order can be reshipped once the correct address is provided. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.


Fraudulent Orders

Orders flagged as high risk or fraudulent by Shopify may be automatically canceled and refunded.


Free Shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping (excluding wholesale orders). The discount will automatically apply at checkout.
