RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, TaylorTechShop LLC does not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product selection, color choices, and shipping address.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for customers who purchased a Protection Plan at checkout. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Requests made after this time may not be eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
TaylorTechShop LLC carefully packages all orders to help protect items during the shipping process. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the package while it is in transit.
If an item arrives damaged, the damage is most likely caused during shipping. In these situations, a claim should be filed with the appropriate shipping carrier.
Customers may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging in order to assist with the claim process.
If an incorrect item was sent due to an error by TaylorTechShop LLC, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if there is a confirmed error on the part of TaylorTechShop LLC. If a refund is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Refunds are processed through your original payment provider and Shopify Payments. Please allow 10–15 business daysfor the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
